The Kindergarten Teacher hit me (only figuratively). It’s not action-packed in the slightest, but it’s hard hitting. Maggie Gyllenhaal is a mother of 3 millennial kids in search of depth and real-world substance.

I know, you’re gonna say, why? Really? A star is born! But yes, I think this is a movie to not miss. Bradley Cooper is phenomenal, the film touches on depression, self-doubt, addiction and equality.
